scotland - meet the team
Nancy Adams
As Communications Coordinator, nurturing and nourishing the connections of the Capacitar Community in Scotland is my role! I send out a regular Newsletter, maintain the website, and coordinate our Capacitar Europe group. Seeking personal equilibrium, my life is grounded by daily use of Capacitar practices. I also offer regular ‘self care’ sessions in and around Edinburgh. |

Grateful to have been part of Capacitar since its beginnings in Scotland, I share practices regularly with staff, groups and individuals at our retreat centre (Bield at Blackruthven). The Bield hosts some of the training courses and most advanced formation days. I’m ever thankful for the healing Pat is giving the world through Capacitar and empowering so many to give and receive . |

I have been involved with Capacitar Scotland and the trainings for 10 years and have been privileged to welcome Pat Cane here and help her with the Edinburgh weekend trainings. As Associate Chaplain, I offer weekly Capacitar sessions for staff and students at Edinburgh University Chaplaincy during term time. I see Capacitar as a wonderful opportunity to engage with practices of wellbeing that connect us across the world through the Capacitar network. |
